We are having a meeting on March 4, 2014 at 3pm in the 19th district community room. Your attendance will be required to ensure all measures that are necessary to assist us in proper preparations for this upcoming summer season. We will be discussing certain details and getting input from the liquor licensee holders.

1. Plans for internal security
2. Reviews of guidelines that could ultimately affect your liquor license
3. Discussing events that are occurring around the area/neighborhood. 
4. Discussing the areas you as a Business owner are responsible in maintaining keeping celebrations inside your establishments.
5. Leaving exterior and interior lights on during non-business hours
6. Discussing Police responsibilities and functions

By working together, it is my belief and hope that we can make this a safe and memorable season. I look forward to seeing you at the meeting.
