              Kindergarten Registration Dates
               
               
              Make a registration appointment today!
              Do you live within the Burley neighborhood boundaries? Will your child be 5 years old by September 2, 2014? 
               
              Burley's kindergarten registration period will take place from May 5-15, 2014 by appointment only. Children may be registered for the 2014-2015 school year if they will be 5 years old before Sep. 2, 2014. Please bring all necessary registration documents to your appointment, including: 
              ·  your driver's license or photo ID with Burley address
              ·  two proofs of Burley address (current utility bills, no leases accepted) 
              ·  child's birth certificate
              ·  updated medical forms reflecting updated vaccinations & physical/vision/dental exams current within one year of Sep. 2, 2014

              Please call Blanca at (773) 534-5475 to schedule an appointment between the hours of 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM from May 5-15, 2014. Spread the word to families you know!
