              "Bring your kiddos to the gym" day is officially here! Drop in anytime from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Campers can hang out with S&K staff while parents check out Spindle's personalized programming & community based facility. If you're already a Spindle member, no need to find a sitter or something for the kids to do; we'll entertain them while you get your workout in. Coffee (for the parents) & morning snacks provided too!
